Frequently asked questions
How do I get my screenshot into the editor?
Copy the screenshot to your clipboard and press Ctrl/Cmd + V in the editor, or drag the file onto the page.
How do I hide sensitive information?
Draw an opaque filled rectangle over it with the shape tool. Blurring is less reliable for text.
Is my screenshot uploaded anywhere?
No. It is processed in your browser only.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Files are decoded, processed and re-encoded by your browser using the canvas API and Web Workers. Nothing is sent to any server, and there is no account or storage. Closing the tab discards everything.
