Frequently asked questions

Why does my PNG show a black background?

The app viewing it doesn't support transparency and shows transparent pixels as black. Flatten it onto white here.

Does this change the image size?

No, only the transparent areas are filled.

Can I add a colored background to a logo?

Yes, pick any fill color before downloading.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. Files are decoded, processed and re-encoded by your browser using the canvas API and Web Workers. Nothing is sent to any server, and there is no account or storage. Closing the tab discards everything.
