Perspective Correction
Photos of documents, whiteboards, paintings and screens are rarely taken perfectly straight on, so rectangles come out as tilted trapezoids. Perspective correction maps the four corners back to a true rectangle.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference from straightening?
Straighten rotates a level-but-tilted photo. Perspective correction fixes shots taken at an angle, where rectangles look like trapezoids.
How big can the photo be?
Photos are processed up to 4000 px on the longest side to keep things fast.
Can it read the text afterwards?
Yes — run the corrected image through Image to Text (OCR) for best results.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Files are decoded, processed and re-encoded by your browser using the canvas API and Web Workers. Nothing is sent to any server, and there is no account or storage. Closing the tab discards everything.
