How do I know the PNG is transparent?
The result preview shows a checkerboard where pixels are transparent.
Can I convert a JPG logo to a transparent PNG?
Yes. JPG has no transparency itself, but its plain background can be removed here.
The inside of my letters is still filled — why?
Edge-only mode keeps enclosed areas. Turn off “Only remove background touching the edges”.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. Files are decoded, processed and re-encoded by your browser using the canvas API and Web Workers. Nothing is sent to any server, and there is no account or storage. Closing the tab discards everything.
